Students' experience and perceived value of a clinical simulation centre

Background: The emergence of new technology and innovation has seen dedicated simulation centres being designed built to assist with the development a range professionals within ever-changing healthcare setting. Focusing on university environment, this study examined extent which paramedic students perceive these as efficient effective learning spaces. Methods: Using evaluation research, data were collected from 33 studying science at London university. An online questionnaire was used measure student engagement, perceived value, impact sustainability centre. Findings: Participants primarily centre having high value good their development, although some concerns raised regarding its utilisation general usability. Conclusion: While large-scale seem beneficial learning, they need be fully integrated into curriculum maximise preparing for forthcoming role.
